How do I schedule? 

  • For most services, you will schedule on our website at www.mabrymedical.com. Due to our small office staff, we do not schedule over the phone. 

  • You can walk-in for medical cannabis visits only.

 

How do I get additional information about this clinic or the services it provides?

 

Does this clinic accept insurance?

  • We do not bill insurance. We can give you the information, and you can submit that to your insurance for an out-of-network reimbursement.

 

What types of payment is accepted?

  • We accept all major credit cards and health savings cards.

  • We also have cash prices on all services.

Weight Loss FAQ

How’s weight measured at Mabry Medical? 

  • Your weight is measured using a bio-impedance scale; this scale measures not only weight but also body fat and muscle mass.

  • InBody scale

 

What weight-loss options are available at Mabry Medical?

  • We offer two programs:

    • Traditional program 

    • Semaglutide/Tirzepatide program

 

What is included in the traditional program?

  • The traditional program consists of:

    • Medication from local pharmacies (phentermine, Contrave, metformin, etc.)

    • Dietary recommendations 

    • Exercise recommendations 

 

What's included in the semaglutide/tirzepatide program?

  • The semaglutide/tirzepatide program consists of:

    • Full discussion of semaglutide/tirzepatide (how it works, side effects, etc.)

    • Medication is called into the pharmacy, either locally if you use branded medication or to an out-of-state compounding pharmacy if you would rather use the compounded version.

    • Dietary recommendations 

    • Exercise recommendations 

 

What is the cost of weight loss at Mabry Medical?

  • The cost of the traditional program:

    • First visit: $225 or $200 cash

    • Follow up monthly at a cost of $90 or a cash price of $80,  paid at the time of service.

    • Medication cost is additional paid to the pharmacy of your choice.

 

  • The cost of the semaglutide/tirzepatide program:

    • First visit: $225 or $200 cash

    • Follow up every two months at a cost of $225 or $200 cash paid at the time of service

    • The medication cost is additional and paid to the pharmacy directly.

    • Medication will be shipped to you in two to three days.

 

What is the cost of the compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide medication?

  • Semaglutide

    • To start is $130 plus $20 shipping this will last 2 months.

    • The cost could go up depending on the dose you need.

  • Tirzepatide

    • 34 mg of tirzepatide is $401 plus $20 shipping fee

Testosterone Clinic FAQ

What is the cost of the testosterone treatment?

  • The cost is $225 or $200 cash

  • Labs and medication are separate

 

What's the cost of the medication?

  • Testosterone Cypionate injection $30 to $60 for 3 month supply

  • Clomid 50 mg $135 for two month supply

  • HCG injections $270 to $330 for two month supply

What do the labs cost?

  • Labs can be called into LabCorp or Quest and you can use your insurance (this is difficult to quote, because each insurance company pays at different rates)

  • You can use a 3rd party company called LabsMD the cost is $213.86 for all the labs needed for treatment (you do not need physician order if you go this route)

 

How long will I be on testosterone treatment?

  • Testosterone replacement is considered a lifetime treatment 

    • When we start treatment with testosterone, it shuts down our natural production, causing you to be reliant on the shots.

 

Are there ways to optimize treatment without shutting down natural production?

  • Yes; we can use medication such as Clomid or HCG to stimulate your own production

Medical Cannabis Clinic FAQ

How much is a visit for medical cannabis certification?

  • The office visit is $125 or $100 cash for a new certification.

  • Visits for in office renewals are $90 or $80 if using cash

  • Renewal via telemedicine are $75

 

Is there any other fee’s for getting a card?

  • There is a $50 fee paid directly to the state

 

How do you submit paperwork to the state?

  • You can submit electronically to the State of Arkansas (fastest)

  • You can mail your paperwork into the State of Arkansas (slowest)
