Due to our small office staff, we are unable to schedule appointments over the phone.

Does Mabry Medical accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly.
However, we can provide you with documentation so you may submit the visit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement, if applicable.

What types of payment are accepted?

We accept:

Your weight is measured using an InBody bio-impedance scale.

This program includes:

A full discussion of semaglutide or tirzepatide (how it works, expected results, and potential side effects)
Medication prescribed to:
- A local pharmacy for branded medication, or
- An out-of-state compounding pharmacy for compounded medication
Dietary recommendations
Exercise and lifestyle guidance

What is the cost of weight-loss services?

Traditional Weight-Loss Program

- Monthly follow-ups: $80 (paid at time of service)
- Medication: Not included; paid directly to the pharmacy of your choice

Semaglutide / Tirzepatide Program
- Initial visit: $225 or $200 cash
- Follow-ups: Every 2 months at $225 or $200 cash (paid at time of service)
- Medication: Not included; paid directly to the pharmacy

Medication is typically shipped within 2–3 days, though delivery may take 7–10 days in some cases.

- This supply typically lasts 2 months

What is the cost of testosterone treatment at Mabry Medical?

The cost of the testosterone treatment visit is:

$225 or $200 cash

Laboratory testing and medications are not included and are billed separately.

What is the approximate cost of the medications?

Medication costs vary depending on the treatment plan and pharmacy used. Approximate prices include:

Testosterone cypionate injections: $30–$60 for a 3-month supply
Clomid (clomiphene) 50 mg: $135 for a 2-month supply
HCG injections: $270–$330 for a 2-month supply

Prices may vary based on pharmacy and availability.

What do the labs cost?

Labs can be ordered through LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics, allowing you to use your insurance. Because coverage varies widely, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.

Alternatively, you may use a third-party lab service:

LabsMD: $191 for all required labs
- No physician order required when using this option

How long will I be on testosterone treatment?

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is generally considered a long-term or lifetime treatment.

When exogenous testosterone is started, it suppresses the body’s natural testosterone production, which can result in dependence on ongoing therapy.

Are there ways to optimize testosterone without shutting down natural production?

Yes. In certain cases, we may use medications such as:

Clomid (clomiphene)
HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin)

These medications work by stimulating your body’s own testosterone production and may be appropriate alternatives depending on your goals, labs, and clinical situation.

No appointment is required for new certifications or in-office renewals.

How much is a visit for medical cannabis certification at Mabry Medical?

New certification office visit: $125 or $100 cash
In-office renewal: $80 (cash only) sale price $50 cash until further notice!!
Telemedicine renewal: $65 (for established patients)

Are there any additional fees to obtain a medical marijuana card?

Yes. There is a $50 fee paid directly to the State of Arkansas.
This fee is separate from the clinic visit.

How do I submit my paperwork to the state?

You have two options:

Electronic submission to the State of Arkansas (fastest method)
Mail-in submission to the State of Arkansas (slowest method)
